Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar eco-friendly mailer, ensuring all original tags remain attached.
Label and Ship
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects your return at the farm, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
